From there my personal evolution involved learning to live from my ESSENCE or inner-greatness, rather than be subjected to the whims of an unreliable and unaware EGO system. With a loving heart, discipline of mind, respect for body, and active engagement with my spirit, I learned to live each day from my true essence with passion, integrity, and divine purpose. The name of my business is Catalyst Coaching because I bring catalyst energy to my sessions. Most of my Life Coaching clients are people who are ready to transition out of a significant relationship, either personal or business or a relationship they have had with themselves that is no longer serving their highest purpose in life. I also work with people who have just transitioned into a new "life-choice" experience and are seeking a wise supportive mentor. It is truly an honor and a gift for me to work with my clients in these ways. All sessions are "co-actively" created, which simply means that we design the nature of our sessions together. I consider myself to be a trustworthy, knowledgeable, compassionate, and courageous guide for those who are ready to take a leap into consciousness. Whether you are writing a "new script" for personal change in your life or writing a "new script" for the world to read, I am here to educate, facilitate, and invigorate you to make life choices that will raise your awareness and bring out the greatness in your life and your writing. I am a person on a life journey just like you and like most people living on this planet I have had major life challenges to work through. I saw those challenges as opportunities for growth and from that perspective, I made the radical choice to pursue my dreams. One of my dreams was to fully step into the writer I always knew that I was and help others with their writing process. Within three months of setting this intention I was hired to write for a prominent women's magazine called Atlanta Woman Magazine. During that time, I also attended coaching courses through Coaches Training Institute. While there I underwent an intense personal discovery period that forged a deep desire within me to assist others in balancing their lives. I soon realized that I could combine my coach training with my natural interpersonal skills in a way that empowered people to make creative choices in their writing and their lives.
